About the role
At David Jones, we empower our Loss Prevention Officers to play a key role in promoting safety and security across the store. This involves mitigating risk through overt and covert operations, as well as implementing Stock Loss Management policies and procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to start their career in Loss Prevention, learning fundamental concepts of Risk Management & Stock Loss while developing exceptional administration and investigative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and implementing risk management policies
* Incident reporting (internal and external)
* Stock loss management tasks
* Store safety management
* Contractor compliance
* Building relationships with centre management, local police, and other retailers
* Inventory management
* WHS representative
* Operating cameras and surveillance systems
Required Certifications:
* Security License
* First Aid Certificate
