Position
We're now looking to secure an experienced machinery salesperson to join the existing Melbourne team.
This role will be working from home and the Southeast based office, the position will have the following responsibilities:
5. Managing relationships in an existing network of customers within the territory.
6. Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
7. Promote the sale of new (and used) machines to the Melbourne market.
8. Respond to incoming enquiries.
9. Conduct onsite meetings with clients.
10. Sell to both small business owners and large fleet companies.
11. Facilitate product demonstrations and hands on equipment trials.
12. Attend industry trade shows and conferences.
The role will see you representing the entire construction equipment offering, giving you the diversity to target and win business across several industry sectors.

Generous salary package negotiable based on experience + uncapped comms with a realistic OTE of up to 200k + per annum.
Candidate
It is essential for all candidates to have strong sales experience from within the capital equipment space. This experience could come from working directly for a competitor in the construction equipment space, or from a background selling access equipment, cranes, forklifts or any other relatable machinery.
You will have at minimum 2 years direct, on the road sales experience and will display the ability to work autonomously without being micromanaged. Is it important you have a strong and determined attitude, where you're driven to succeed and earn.
