This role reports directly to the CEO and will take day-to-day leadership of the Finance & Accounts Team. Requirements: Experience within a PE-operated or high business growth environment is preferred but not required. GM or C suite experience in leading a focused and results-oriented finance team. Leadership Abilities: Proven experience leading a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to delegate effectively. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies aligned with business goals. Accounting Experience: Minimum 7 years Accounting experience with relevant professional accreditation. Financial Modelling: Ability to develop and evolve existing financial models to better inform the CEO in making strategic decisions. Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies for successful strategic initiative delivery. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, navigating changing priorities and challenges.
