As a Community Corrections Office Manager, you will lead and direct the operations within a Community Corrections office/hub, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the community by leading a dedicated team towards achieving organisational objectives. What you’ll do As part of the Community Corrections Leadership Team, you will provide highly effective leadership and management to a multidisciplinary team. You’ll oversee caseloads, resource allocation, and budget management to maintain high service delivery standards. You will coach and mentor staff, provide strategic advice, and implement continuous improvement strategies to ensure optimal performance and quality outcomes. You will also engage in stakeholder consultation and negotiation, manage diverse offender bases, and ensure compliance with various legislative requirements. You'll work as part of a team of up to 19 staff in a supportive environment that values teamwork, ethical behaviour, and high performance. What we’re looking for Thorough knowledge and understanding of the criminal justice system and contemporary best practices in offender management within Community Corrections. Demonstrated experience in promoting continuous improvement and leading a team to deliver organisational priorities and quality outcomes. Essential Requirements Tertiary qualifications in a human services-related field (or equivalent experience in frontline human service delivery). Current driver's licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role. Download the role description.
