Job Description:
Our Mars Pet Nutrition strategy aims to connect us to pet parents in a unique way. The Connected Commerce Category & Insights Manager ANZ will play a critical role in driving our transformation into a digital-first organization that drives organic growth.
Vision and Strategy:
The role is responsible for leading the development and execution of the ANZ Connected Commerce strategy, aligned to broader business goals. This includes identifying year and 3-year milestones and KPIs to track progress against this strategy.
eCommerce Acceleration through Insights & Partnerships:
Drive customer-centric digital sales by identifying actionable insights that are executed in collaboration with the customer team. Create strategic partnerships with key retailers to drive both short and long-term growth objectives.
Digital Performance Dashboards:
Implement global tools that aggregate digital commerce data and find insights to improve the Connected Commerce Pet Parent experience. Integrate retailer performance, financial performance, shopper data, digital shelf performance, retail media performance, supply data etc.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop an eCommerce channel strategy in services of business objectives in partnership with the sales team
* Identify actionable insights that are executed in collaboration with the customer team
* Create strategic partnerships with key retailers to drive both short and long-term growth objectives
* Implement global tools that aggregate digital commerce data and find insights to improve the Connected Commerce Pet Parent experience
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience working in eCommerce roles focused on growth and acceleration
* Experience in category insights, CPG, digital agency, or strategic consulting roles
* Ability to translate business goals into effective Connected Commerce strategies that deliver on a seamless experience for pet parents and consumers
* Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
