Job Description
What will you be doing?
* Process & input group, FIT & corporate reservations via phone, email & other channels.
* Maintain fluency with the ALL Live Limitless Loyalty Program
* Provide efficient, friendly & professional service to all guests
* Be the first point of contact for all incoming booking enquiries
* Liaise with the relevant Hotels to ensure that you we can deliver on service requests
Qualifications
Your Skills and experience include:
* Service oriented with an eye for detail.
* Confident & articulate communication, negotiation, relationship & networking skills
* Time management skills with the ability to multitask
* Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition & high level of energy
* Passion for hospitality
