Your responsibilities will include:Project Briefs & Procurement – Drafting design and construction briefs, managing the tender process, and selecting external suppliers, contractors, and consultants.Planning & Approvals – Monitoring and managing planning approvals, authority processes, and project feasibility assessments.Project Delivery & Financials – Overseeing financial performance, budgeting, risk assessments, reporting, and cash flow management.Contracts & Sales – Administering contracts, securing approvals, and managing elements of the sales and marketing process.Market Analysis – Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to guide strategic decision-making.Stakeholder Engagement – Building strong relationships to align with the Project Vision and ensure successful outcomes.Team Collaboration – Working closely with a high-performance development team to drive project success.The Ideal CandidateA minimum of 3 years’ experience in Development Management within the built-form sector.Strong ability to manage council interactions and approvals.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.An established network of consultants to support project organization and execution.A strong financial acumen with extensive knowledge of the tender and procurement process.A deep understanding of the development and construction industry.To express interest or learn more, send your CV to George Sayers on gsayers@goughrecruitment.com.au.
