Support people who support others and lead training that transforms Aged Care At Trilogy Care, we’re preparing for one of the biggest shifts in aged care delivery: the new Support at Home program. We’re building practical, people-first training that equips our Care Team to navigate this change with clarity, confidence, and compassion. As our Care Team Trainer, you’ll design and deliver high-impact training to frontline staff, turning reform into action and knowledge into care. What You’ll Do • Design and deliver engaging, practical training aligned to Support at Home reform • Create onboarding programs, job aids and micro-learning tools tailored to Care Partners • Support care quality in high-impact domains like re-ablement, end-of-life care, and AT-HM coordination • Provide coaching and capability support in collaboration with Team Leaders • Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt delivery based on learner feedback and outcomes • Stay current with legislation and ensure training materials reflect policy changes How You’ll Make an Impact • Ensure every Care Partner is Support at Home–ready within 12 weeks of commencing • Improve consistency, confidence and client experience through training • Turn legislative change into practice that people understand and trust • Embed a continuous improvement culture across care delivery • Contribute to compliance, audit readiness, and client outcomes through targeted development About You You’re a skilled facilitator and a trusted coach, someone who knows how to build capability, not just deliver content. You bring deep knowledge of aged care or community services and thrive in environments that are evolving fast.
