About You
As an Auditor, you will collaborate with Partners and the management team to ensure exceptional client service. This role involves assisting in planning and completing external audit assignments, ensuring that all critical deadlines are met. You will be the point of contact for clients during the planning and execution phases, helping to prepare for fieldwork and finalising financial statements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing ad hoc client billing, invoicing, and monitoring WIP for a variety of clients. Travel to client locations throughout Australia will be required as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with the Partners and the Audit division to deliver outstanding client service.
2. Support the planning and execution of external audit tasks, ensuring critical deadlines are achieved.
3. Serve as a direct liaison with clients, facilitating the preparation for fieldwork and the completion of financial statements.
4. Travel to client sites across Australia as needed.
5. Ad hoc accounting duties as required for clients.
You Will Have:
6. At least 10 - 12 months of experience in audit within a Public Practice setting.
7. Hold a degree in accounting.
8. Have commenced or be ready to commence the CA program.
9. Possess excellent communication skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
10. Be capable of working independently and as part of a larger engagement team.
11. Have a solid understanding of Australian Accounting and Auditing standards.
