The Role Working as part of our high performing legal support team, you will have access to training and coaching as you develop your skills across all areas of our practice: Providing secretarial support covering for leave and peak periods (on-site support and remote support to practice groups across our offices). Editing, drafting and preparing PowerPoint presentations, correspondence and legal documents. Managing finance requirements, including client invoicing, processing supplier invoices, arranging trust payments, etc. File management including opening, closing and archiving matter files, conflict checking, fee agreements, etc. General administrative requirements including printing, scanning, electronic and hard copy filing, mail etc. Backup Reception to assist with leave cover. Assisting with Office Events and general office support. About you With a desire to build a career in legal support, you will have the following skills and attributes: An enthusiastic team player committed to providing a high level of administrative support to various members of our team. Organised, efficient and able to multi-task and time manage while working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Conscientious and discreet in relation to the highly sensitive nature of information handled by our teams. A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Outlook and a good grasp of technology generally. Knowledge of Elite 3E or other finance software to manage expenses, matters, timesheets, client billing and reporting requirements - an advantage but not essential.
