PermanentMelbourne - Full Time - Hybrid - ManagerSitting within PwC's Clients and Markets team, our account managers support our Iconic account teams and their Client Lead Partners (CLPs) to grow revenue, build client relationships and connect the dots to bring the best of PwC to our clients.Based in Sydney or Melbourne, we are looking for an account manager to work on a small portfolio of Iconic Financial Services and Telecommunications Accounts. This role is focused on delivering outcomes and exceptional client service. The role is an integral part of the account teams stretching from strategy to execution, working with the lead Partners and and other account leaders to build a successful account. As an expert in building relationships, project and stakeholder management, you will bring a proactive and pragmatic approach to:Understanding the work that PwC does across the Accounts you look after and driving account related communications, budgeting and performance reporting (including using Salesfoce and iPower).Driving account planning, management and reporting including supporting the CLP to execute strategies to maintain and grow relationships and maximise PwC's potential to maintain and win business across the Account portfolio.Driving an account operating rhythm for each account, including regular account team meetings, providing agenda, support materials to supplement standard reports, and driving actions arising from meetings.Capturing client feedback and liaising directly with client contacts on non-legal aspects of relationshipsPreparing client value reports and data for internal account reviewsBringing awareness of our alliances and market priorities to the CLPs and account teams to enable them to drive pipeline and opportunitiesMore About YouYou have 3+ yrs experience in Account Management in a consultative selling environmentYou demonstrate the attributes of being a team player who is a self-starterYou have demonstrated sound organisational, planning and project administration skills in fast moving environments.You have exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrentlyYou are able to manage multiple stakeholders whilst maintaining a One Firm approach with decision making.You are familiar digital tools such as SalesforceIt's time to move forward.
