We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR professional to join our team as an Early Careers Advisor who will lead, design and execute the early careers recruitment and onboarding for Piper Alderman nationally.
In addition to end-to-end early careers recruitment, the role also provides the opportunity to work closely with our Learning & Development Advisor on designing and executing the clerk and graduate programs and provide general HR support to our collaborative and supportive national team.
Reporting to the Director of People and Development you'll work closely with a driven, growing HR team who all have the same passion for people and culture. If you have an interest in early careers and strategic program development and execution, it is an exciting time to join our team and hit the ground running! You'll also play a key role in identifying and delivering HR strategy to support the firm's strategic plan and growth targets.
This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane and there will be some travel required.
About you:
* A tertiary qualification in HR or similar.
* Experience in a similar recruitment role with a passion for talent attraction in professional services. An understanding of the legal industry and clerk and graduate recruitment would be advantageous.
* A commitment to excellent candidate management and service delivery.
* Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills and experience in building effective working relationships across all levels of seniority.
* Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work towards tight deadlines.
* The ability to work autonomously and in a national, virtual team environment.
* A team player who enjoys working collaboratively within a team of HR professionals to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
* A strong work ethic, and proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of the work you do.
* Computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office, Human Resources Management Information System and related HR/Recruitment tools. Experience using PageUp would be advantageous.
