The purpose of your role as our Member Consultant will be to ensure member experience is 5 Star. You will be working closely with the Manager to develop and grow the Clubs member-base and revenue within the business. Duties Include Support new members as they begin their fitness journey, new member orientations and consults including Evolt Scanning and explaining results. Develop and facilitate regular member interaction initiatives and programs, working closely with club manager, team members and personal training team. Achieving monthly KPIs. Proactively seeking new membership opportunities. Help create a great club culture with a strong focus on member retention through quality customer service. To Succeed In The Role You Will Be Excellent Customer Service Skills. This includes demeanour, telephone manner, verbal communication and appropriately groomed. Sale and customer experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience and desire to work with a wide range of clients. General Administration skills.
