As a Field Service Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day operations as well as liaising directly with customers and sub-contractors and provide support in adhering to financial budgets and operational goals.Key Responsibilities:Configuration, diagnoses faults, repairs, and programming of building services (e.g., HVAC, BMS control, CCTV, Type 1A, Access control, and Third-Party Systems)Minor project management of service projects and small works including high-level management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achievedEffectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships, and take responsibility for customer satisfactionFinancial control according to agreed budgets and plansLeadership, planning, and performance managementKey Experience & Capabilities:Strong experience in building (Security/HVAC/BMS/Fire)Financial reporting for maintenanceFault finding and repairs to electronic equipment and sub-contractor managementSalesforce and/or SAP experience highly regardedPeople leadership and developmentWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
