About your role: Manage own workloads, undertaking routine duties largely independently and exercising sound levels of professional clinical judgement in decision-making. More complex clinical decision making is undertaken with support or guidance. Undertake professional supervision and professional development, as agreed with the Team Leader and relevant professional senior to ensure ongoing development and provision of quality client care. Provide a flexible mental health clinical service to children and adolescents with problematic mental health concerns and/or substance abuse issues who are involved in the criminal justice system in either a Community Outreach, Court, Watch House, or Youth Detention Centre setting within a cross-sector team environment in Cairns & Hinterland HHS and Torres and Cape HHS.
