This role will be a full-time Project Officer including tasks such as:
1. Ensure delivery of identified projects including assisting and preparing project briefs.
2. Manage and support events across the team (preparing documentation, reporting, coordinating information).
3. May be required to assist with community consultations including responding to feedback from stakeholders/residents and providing information.
4. Prepare web and social media content for the team regarding projects.
5. Prepare emails, documents, reports, and agendas as required.
6. Provide a high level of administrative support to the Infrastructure section and assist the events team (if required).
7. Undertake ad hoc projects as required.
Position prerequisites:
1. Certificate and/or Diploma in Project Management / Business Administration or similar.
2. 1-2 years relevant work experience in projects.
3. Possession of a Class C Driver's License.
4. Holding a National Police check (in the last 6 months).

This is a Monday-Friday role, 8:00 am - 4:15 pm.
