Manager, Expense Management Role
This role is part of the Expense Management team in the Finance Function. Working with a group of professionals, this role is accountable for delivering strong expense management, capability uplift, and financial control through adherence to policies, processes, and standards; providing financial insights and advice to help our business leaders achieve target outcomes; and building and maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful management reporting to senior executives and relevant business partners.
* Rationalise and automate material entries to support earlier results closure.
* Enhance transparency and efficiency in cost attribution and allocation processes.
* Ensure compliance with risk management and financial control requirements in line with all financial standards, policies, frameworks, and standards.
* Standardise, simplify, and automate report production processes into digital solutions.
* Develop enhanced monthly cost drivers (unit costs, volume or agreed services) and linkages to financials.
* Prepare standard analytics and insights for various financial views to support performance management and accountability.
* Contribute to the production of corporate reports, divisional and Group expense disclosures, and cost insights.
