About: The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) develops strategies to enhance both external and internal relationships, acting as a connector between departments. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with internal management to ensure processes are current, effectively implemented, and measurable for continuous improvement. Provide support to managers and teams to ensure smooth daily operations and promote effective inter-departmental collaboration. Act as a resource for employees, helping them navigate challenges, drive change, and enhance business operations. Facilitate regular meetings with management and teams to review and refine processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Partner with external HR providers to assess employee applications and suitability, conduct in-house interviews, and offer recommendations to management and directors. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, preparation of employment contracts, necessary training plans and probationary performance tracking and support.Ensure that all employees have a development plan in place to support ongoing growth and job satisfaction. Partner with our People and Culture team to create initiatives and organize regular events that promote a positive, collaborative, and impactful work environment. Compliance and Document Control;Determine the need for new Works Contracts, Subcontractor Agreements, Position Descriptions, Organisational Chart, SOPs, policies, and procedures based on changes in regulations, organisational structure, technology, or processesRegularly monitor adherence to SOPs, policies, and procedures. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance.Work with industry bodies, human resources and legal teams to ensure all internal polices and contracts are reviewed and updated inline with industry and legal to ensure compliance. Qualifications and experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business relationship management, business analysis, or a related role – preferably in an insurance role. Proven experience in managing relationships between business and its internal and external teams. Strong project management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering projects. Key Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technology solutions. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Working knowledge of Prime Ecosystems, and PowerBI preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Location This position is based in our brand-new headquarters, located in the vibrant area of Milton, QLD, and primarily operates within an office environment. Occasional travel may be required to meet with business stakeholders or attend industry events.
