About the Role As an Integration Change Lead in our Change Management Office Team, you'll play a key role in helping to lead the design and delivery of change management for one or various large-scale and/or complex initiatives/projects on the ANZ - Suncorp Bank Integration Program. The role is responsible for ensuring that the people change approach requirements and impacts of complex initiatives are effectively delivered and the change is embedded, helping projects to meet business and schedule objectives, while landing change safely for our people, being accountable for the change approach and de-risking delivery, and leading the change specialists within the initiative.Role Type: PermanentRole Location: This role can either be based in Brisbane/MelbourneWork Hours: Full-time, 40hrs/week What will your day look like? This role will be accountable for:Driving change delivery and providing change thought leadership to the delivery team and stakeholders (where appropriate) on:Change and communications approachChange management deliveryAssessing and enhancing people change readiness and building organisational agilityMeasuring change to ensure continual learning and sustained changeProviding expert advice on magnitude, complexity and materiality of people change to craft the change strategy and approach.Providing a view of resourcing required to enable the delivery of the program and support recruiting and onboarding of change specialists.Managing change specialists to deliver complex change initiatives.Defining and implementing measures of change management performance, leveraging metrics to make informed decisions and guide iterative change.Supporting business units and leaders by providing subject matter expertise on transformational change, culture, leadership and engagement.Applying the ANZ Change Methodology and tools in a way that is simple and fit for purpose. Continuous improvements and lessons learnt are readily shared with colleagues and Change CoP (communities of practice).Providing coaching and support to leaders connected to initiative, helping them to build their change leadership capability.Advising and consulting with stakeholders to ensure all change related people risks are understood, captured and mitigated throughout stages of Change, using delivery governance forums.Actively identifying potential change risks, issues or anticipated points of misalignment, and develop specific plans to mitigate or drive actions to support effective delivery.Building change capability on program/initiative through coaching, training and participating in Change CoP.Becoming an ambassador for the practice of Change Management at ANZ (Methodology, Toolkit & Change Leadership). What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Expert mastery and experience in Change Management principles, methods, processes, techniques and industry best practiceExperience in program/project delivery and the core activities associated with project planning and deliveryAbility to stay up to date on Change Management industry developments, latest trends and research and share with the Enterprise Change Team and Communities of PracticeExtensive experience in delivering large and/or complex organisational change programs, across project and change methodologies e.g., Agile and TraditionalDemonstrated experience working closely with senior stakeholders, influencing and gaining buy in.Experience in successfully leading change initiatives with quality outcomes.Experience leading, motivating and managing high performing change teams, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
