Or maybe you’re looking for that sea change. You’re a stone’s throw away from Broadbeach. Fancy that, walks along the beach on your break? Maybe testing out all the coffee joints and cafes is more your thing. You’re spoilt for choice. You’ve worked hard over the last few years to get where you are. You’ve proven yourself in the game, but you’re not done yet. Maybe there’s some further professional development that tickles your fancy. Maybe an opportunity to become part of their Employee Share Ownership Plan? What you’ll bring: As the Civil Design Engineer, you’ve completed your Engineering Degree, maybe a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a Certificate III in Drafting Trades. Recognised by Engineers Australia? Even better! You’ve had at least 3 years of experience in the field already. Whether that’s working across local councils, Department of Main Roads or equivalent.
