Wallace PM is a young and dynamic boutique client side Project Management & Development Consultancy located in Western Australia. Due to continued growth and existing projects, we are seeking to fulfil a rare Client Side Project Manager role.
About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager to join the business, working with and reporting to the Project Director during an exciting phase of growth, managing bluechip clients both local and nationally.
What are we looking for?
As our ideal candidate, you will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and have proven experience as a Client Side Project Manager or Development Manager role. You will be an excellent communicator and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, creative, innovative and able to work autonomously within a small business environment. You will have an interest in the WA Property sector and specifically client side Project and Development Management.
The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects from commencement to completion. You will lead meetings, coordinate Consultants and Authorities, carry out Project Reporting, Cost Management, Programme Monitoring, Construction attendance and other administrative tasks. Previous relationships with Contractors and Design Consultants is desirable but not necessary.

Skills and experience
We would expect a minimum of three to five years experience in a Project or Development Management role and exposure to the Property and Construction sector will be highly advantageous.
* Permanent Australian Resident
* Experience within Construction and/or Property Sector
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Own Transportation
* Min 3-5 Years Experience
Advantageous Criteria
* Tertiary Degree - Construction Management
* Retail, Childcare, Industrial and Commercial exposure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Project
* Project Management/Coordination Experience
