Still, it will have responsibilities in supporting the broad team when required.As our Business Support Officer, you will provide administrative and business support to the Development Services teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of departmental operations within the Building and Plumbing Team.Additionally, you will:prepare correspondence, briefing notes, presentations, and other business documents.assist in the review and update of resources, including template letters, forms, and customer service reference informationprovide a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersassist with customer enquiries and Technology One processes including tracking and resolutionwork collaboratively with Senior Business Support Officers and other business support staff across the divisionAbout youWe are seeking a highly adaptable Business Support Officer who thrives in a fast-paced working environment, with analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyse, interpret and report on data.
