About the role
The Supervisor Debt Recovery - Debt Management is accountable to the Manager Debt Management and is responsible for the delivery across the portfolio of debt management and collection processes, including debtors case management, monitoring and following up outstanding balances for complex, high risk debts with a focus on outbound collection calls to recover amounts outstanding and preparing debt write-offs.
Compliance with the requirements of debt management policies, contributing to oversight, assistance, training/coaching and support for the Revenue Officers – Debt Management performing debt collection functions and ongoing development of quality system and procedures.

9. Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
