About the opportunity!
An opportunity has opened up for an entry-level helpdesk officer to join the team. This person will be responsible for administrative duties with the primary objective to act as the first point of contact for internal customers and external providers.
Some of the key tasks will include;
Acting as the first point of contact for internal customer support;
Logging support requests;
Ensuring SLAs are being met;
Resolve tickets at the first point of contact where possible;
Escalating issues to appropriate team members;
About you!
Self-directed and motivated with time management skills;
Recent graduate or in the process of studying an IT-related degree;
Genuine interest in the IT space;
Flexibility and adaptability to change;
Sound written and verbal communication;
Intermediate to advanced MS Office ability.
