Child and Youth Mental Health Services Executive Office is seeking an Administration Officer to provide high-level quality administrative and reception support. This position will be based in Hobart and is a Southern Tasmania-based role. This position provides administrative support for the Group Director – CYMHS and the Statewide Clinical Specialty Director – CYMHS, working closely with an Executive Officer. New CYMHS programs that are being implemented including dedicated services for children in Out of Home Care, a youth forensic mental health service and a youth mental health service for young people aged 16-24 years. Working closely with the Executive Officer, and completing tasks as delegated, the role will include: Providing high-level quality administrative and reception support in the CAMHS executive Office Undertaking administrative tasks associated with ordering, maintaining and processing account payments, and those associated with maintaining departmental assets. Liaising with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels within the organisation, with the capacity to solve complex inquiries through multiple communication channels. Preparing, coordinating and assisting with the preparation of letters, Meeting papers, Ministerial briefings, right to information documents and 3rd party requests. Salary: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
