Job Description:
You would be responsible for managing the front of house team as well as the day-to-day running of the restaurant located in a high-profile winery.
Skills & Experience:
1. Commercially minded to understand how to operate profitably.
2. Hands-on leader with the skill set to hire, train, and manage a front of house team.
3. Ability to create an unforgettable high-end dining experience.
4. Good wine knowledge.
5. Ability to sell and execute functions and events.
6. Availability to work weekends and evenings.
7. Neat and tidy presentation.
8. Ensure that the restaurant is clean and maintained.
9. Must have RSA certificate.
This position requires a diploma in hospitality or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 per year
