Responsibilities: Proactively manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior stakeholders Provide executive-level administrative support, including document preparation, correspondence, and reporting Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow efficiency Assist with travel coordination, expense management, and meeting preparations Oversee administrative processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Maintain discretion while handling confidential information Support the wider team with operational and project-related tasks as needed What You'll Bring: Proven experience in personal assistance, executive support, or high-level administration roles Strong calendar management skills, including scheduling, prioritisation, and stakeholder coordination High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with senior leaders and teams Experience working in the technology sector or supporting an IT leader would be advantageous What's on Offer: 2 month initial contract due to secondment, role has potential to extend up to 6 months.
