SAPOL Call Centre Consultants provide streamlined access to police services via the 131444 Police Assistance Line, 1800 333 000 Crime Stoppers, and Triple Zero emergency line. About the RoleWorking as part of the Communications Group, the Call Centre Consultant receives telephone requests for police attendance and other assistance. With a strong focus on providing effective customer service resolution, calls are processed to ensure patrols are tasked in an appropriate and timely manner. The Call Centre Consultant also provides a key service to internal and external customers by providing information and taking reports including Crime Occurrences and Missing Persons Reports (both relative to set criteria). In addition to base salary, shift penalties will be paid in accordance with the award where appropriate. Please note casual positions attract a 25% loading in lieu of annual and sick leave.Applicants must be over 18 years.
