The ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments is crucial, as is the capacity to lead operational change management, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for customer service and a drive for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!This role requires someone with the below skill set and qualifications:An accreditation in ITIL at Foundation or higher level is mandatory and tertiary qualifications in either computer service or business management is highly desirable.Demonstrated significant experience and expertise in a Team Leader role within a 1,000+ seat Enterprise with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service outcomes.Strong understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems / Application Framework, Integrations and Corporate system support delivery (Tier 2 and Tier 3), both Cloud and Data Centre, through team capability and effective vendor relationships.Systems Integration - Experience Integrating with ERPO and other business applications (CRM, BI Tools).Cybersecurity and Compliance – knowledge of best practices, security incident response and risk mitigation.Cloud and Infrastructure – understanding on premise v cloud-based ERP and related IT infrastructure.Strong understanding of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance practices and the ability to effectively communicate information to Platform Governance Groups for advisory and Decision Making.Experience in process consulting, application management, new initiative/small project delivery and deployment, technical and organisational change management, vendor management, ITIL dimensions and management practices, especially incident, problem, knowledge, change, service request, release, service design and service level management.Proven ability to work autonomously with superior organisational skills and make decisions that may impact the serviceability of ERP applications that support 350,000 local community constituents in the city of Logan.Experience in staff management, including leading towards achieving individual and team objectives, setting targets and monitoring performance of subordinates.Ability to successfully pass all background related checks.Why choose Logan City Council?We have a friendly, customer centric culture, supporting diverse and collaborative working relationships across the organisation, with a connection to purpose and community.
