About the role: • Supporting the development and publishing of intranet content.
This must be in line with the Agency Communications and Engagement strategy and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (conform to at least AA level) and the Agency's plain English standards.• Advising, training and supporting the online content author network.
This includes advises business areas on intranet best practice and accessibility.• Reporting on intranet performance for key internal audiences.• Working with key stakeholders where required.
Providing advice on best practice content.• Managing support requests through a service desk.
This includes actioning or triaging requests to relevant team members for action.• Supporting and contributing to the redevelopment of the Agency's intranet.• Overseeing and managing the APS5 intranet team members.• Supporting team members with administration, technical and procedural tasks.
