With our newly launched Bachelor of Nursing program, we offer our students an exceptional learning experience with an educational institution that prioritises practical and industry-relevant training, providing students with the skills and experience they need to succeed.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Lecturer to join our passionate Bachelor of Nursing educational team.Our successful candidate will have higher education lecturing or tutoring experience, in Nursing or a related discipline and will be able to effectively:Perform assigned teaching duties with students, on and off campus, with a standard of planning, preparation, presentation and assessment as necessary for students to achieve unit and course learning outcomes.Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and a variety of educational delivery modes as required, in conjunction with Lecturers and Unit Convenors.Deliver content through a multi-modal hybrid model, incorporating both face-to-face and online teaching methods.Assist in the development of innovative curriculum and teaching pedagogies that utilise current and emerging industry-based technologies for use in the classroom and placement settings.Undertake marking and assessment primarily connected with units which are being delivered.Undertake administrative activities related to the program of teaching.Effectively participate as a member of the Bachelor of Nursing program and broader Nursing faculty teaching teams.Work with support and direction from senior staff and managers and with an increasing degree of autonomy as skills and experience are developed.Communicate effectively with students to facilitate their learning and success in higher education.This Temporary Part Time (0.6FTE) opportunity is available to 27/06/2025, with potential for extension as determined.
