A critical member of the Service Guidance and Practice Branch, you will develop, write, and present agency content, including policies, procedures, standards, factsheets, guides, and other documentation.
To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional communication and written skills, as well as experience working with policy and legislation, and a good understanding of government protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing guidance materials that translate complex information into clear resources while reflecting agency policy positions
* Managing project plans and priorities with internal and external stakeholders, providing advice, procedural guidance, and technical expertise
* Collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve program and business outcomes
* Updating and maintaining documentation while adhering to process and records management requirements
* Managing multiple priorities, maintaining high work standards, governance protocols, and accuracy, meeting defined timeframes
Ideal candidates will have:
* Exceptional writing and editing skills, along with the ability to research, review, and interpret systems, procedures, legislation, and policy
* Experience managing multiple priorities, maintaining high work standards, governance protocols, and accuracy, while meeting defined timelines
* Previous experience working with CRM, Confluence, JIRA, or other project management platforms
