Comfort Resort Port Macquarie are looking to grow our reception team.The Role:You will be responsible for all areas of Front Office Reception with tasks including but not limited to:Servicing the queries and needs of our in-house guests.Responding to accommodation enquiries & processing reservations.Welcoming guests to the property and performing check-ins & check-out procedures.Maintaining accurate guest accounts & guest history.Delivering a high level of professional customer service.Ensuring all aspects of front office/reception run smoothly.Opening Reception (AM Shift) and Closing Reception (PM Shift).General day-to-day office and administrative duties.We are searching for an individual who:Experience within the accommodation industry and understands hotel reservation systems is an advantage; however, it is not required.Demonstrates the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.Is comfortable in a service environment and has face-to-face customer service experience.Has exceptional communication (written and oral) and sound computer skills.Has a friendly personality with ambition to succeed and a passion for the hospitality industry.Is enthusiastic and reliable with a professional work ethic.Is willing to work alone as well as part of a small team.Displays a passion for excellent customer service.This is a Casual Position over a 7-day roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
