About the Role:
* You will work as part of a friendly and diverse team to deliver first class customer service through inbound calls on behalf of an Australian Government department.
* You will manage enquiries, log detailed interactions, and manage secure and sensitive data with professionalism and empathy.
* Fully paid, comprehensive classroom and on the job training.
* Ongoing training tailored for your personal development goals.
Requirements:
* Australian Citizenship
* Engaging phone manner with strong desire to learn new skills
* Ability to follow processes and solve problems
* Ability to hold a current National Police Check
