As a result of continued growth, they are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Wangara.
The Opportunity
As the Internal Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in working closely with the Business Development Manager. Your primary objective will be to act as the first point of contact for all sales enquiries, effectivelyas a bridge between clients and the management team. Utilising your excellent customer service skills, you will build and foster long-standing relationships with current and new clients.
Under guidance from the sales team, you will negotiate agreement terms, price and delivery variations, as well as part specifications to close sales. Based on those negotiations, you will create and process quotes and purchase orders for clients.
Additionally, you will have to opportunity to assist with the planning, implementing and tracking of short and long-term projects across the state.
