You'll be responsible for:Strategy: Developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve our goals.Team Leadership: Motivating and guiding your team to deliver excellent results.Process Improvement: Continuously improving our operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Safety: Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.Quality: Maintaining high standards of quality throughout our operations.Financial Performance: Monitoring and managing operational budgets.Customer Relations: Building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.What We're Looking ForExperience: 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the resource and recycling industry.Leadership: Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Passion: A passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.COTC (WAMITAB) qualification.Nice to have: NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum.To ApplyIf you're a self-starter with a positive attitude and a drive to make a difference, we encourage you to apply.We are an equal opportunities employer.
