Formal culinary training or qualifications.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
Passion for creating delicious, innovative dishes.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a variety of meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
2. Ensure all dishes are cooked to our established recipes and standards.
3. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
4. Assist with menu planning and item development.
5. Mentor and train junior kitchen staff.
6. Comply with all food safety and health regulations.
