In addition, Diageo HR operates a Centre of Excellence model for functions like Talent Engagement, Reward, and HR Shared Services.Key work dimensionsPartner with the market leadership team to build and deliver an ambitious and Disruptive Approach to Talent through talent plans which include robust succession planning to future proof the business, resourcing for our biggest opportunities at pace, strong proactive pipeline of talent, leveraging our employer brand proposition and creating exciting accelerated career path for people which strengthens our talent bench.Create an inclusive culture where each employee feels valued for their uniqueness and are able to maximize their impact.
