The Commercial Partnership Loyalty Manager is primarily responsible for identifying and onboarding new commercially beneficial partnerships. Working closely with internal teams the Commercial Partnerships Loyalty Manager’s purpose is to grow the external partnerships portfolio at pace. This role will need to evaluate, develop and manage commercial relationships with external parties to create market value within the Customer Loyalty program.
The ideal candidate will have experience in partnership management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial loyalty partnerships process.
Your responsibilities:
Customer Loyalty Strategy
1. Champion the Customer Loyalty value proposition
2. Onboard and support new partners
3. Align joint initiatives with Customer Loyalty strategy for success
Partner Relationship Management
4. Build and maintain strong partner relationships
5. Resolve conflicts and challenges in partnerships
6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
Performance and Trend Monitoring
7. Track industry loyalty trends and competitor actions
8. Measure and report partner performance using key metrics
Strategic Planning and Innovation
9. Plan and evaluate new initiatives with business leadership
10. Ensure key stakeholders understand partner objectives
11. Stay updated on industry trends and digital advances
Who you are:
12. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
13. 3-5 years of experience in commercial partner management / sales
14. Understanding of core marketing principles for co-promotions
15. Loyalty Understanding: Not critical, though highly regarded
16. Knowledge of the current loyalty market, players and programs, especially in retail, travel, FS, utilities
17. Understanding of Loyalty coalition mechanisms Understanding of Loyalty commercials, analytics and ROI mechanisms Experience in
18. Loyalty partnerships Solid understanding of loyalty programs and core loyalty principles (reward mechanisms, member engagement strategies, program optimisation, etc.)
