The OpportunityOur Client is seeking 3 x skilled Heavy Diesel Fitters specialising in the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles and earth-moving equipment to join their team in the Pilbara region.You will either be based in Karratha, nearby towns, or FIFO opportunities (2/1 or 2/2) available if you are based elsewhere in Western Australia. The Tasks Ahead: Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a diverse range of equipment, including road transport vehicles, construction machinery, load handling, and earth-moving equipmentDiagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtimeEnsure all work complies with safety standards and company policies About You You have Sound electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and air brake system knowledge and are self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and manage your own-jobs, but also have the ability to work as part of a team.
You will additionally hold the following key requirements: Trade qualification as a Mobile Plant or Road Transport Diesel MechanicMinimum of 2 years post-trade experienceValid HR driver's licenceConstruction CardWillingness to undergo police clearance and pre-employment medical & drug screeningCommitment to maintaining high safety standardsExcellent communication skills PLEASE NOTE.
