About the Opportunity Due to rapid growth, NLT Digital Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Account Manager, based in our Caboolture Head office in Brisbane, QLD. While this role is based in Caboolture, occasional domestic and international travel will be required. Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will be accountable for maintaining customer relations, developing sales opportunities, and providing customer support. More specifically, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Conducting in-person and virtual visits to customer sites to maintain relations and develop sales opportunities Developing new customers in designated areas Identifying sales leads and following through to order placement Handling inbound customer sales inquiries and providing quotations, product/service information, support, and pricing details Following up on arrangements for Trade Shows, Expos, and Conferences Assisting with projects/deliverables and accounts receivables Compiling tenders and quotes Developing customer presentations and communications More About You In order to qualify for this role, you will ideally have a technical background (Network & IT) and a demonstrated understanding of WiFi and communication techniques used within the mining industry. Any experience in the mining industry will be held in high regard. Any previous Account Management or Sales experience will also be held in high regard.
