Job Description Your New Role As a member of the Docklands Precincts team, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a complex stakeholder environment with exposure to high-profile projects in one of Australian’s largest urban renewal projects. We are looking for a self-driven professional who is ready to take on a challenging role where there is opportunity to grow your skillset and career. Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, your responsibilities will involve, but not be limited to: Managing the teams project costing, cash-flows and delivery against budgets. Assist in the preparation and review of detailed feasibility studies. Assist with administering development agreements. Internal reporting including minute-taking and preparation of presentations. Coordination of internal and external stakeholders. Work with the broader team to identify, monitor and mitigate and report on project risks. Support the team in the delivery of corporate goals and objectives. Deliver procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors to successfully deliver project outputs.
