Job Type: Contract Schedule: - 8/6 - From Tuesdays Duration: 6 months Location: Mardie, Western Australia - FIFO from Perth We are seeking experienced Marine Supervisors to join our team at the Mardie site in Western Australia.If you have a strong background in offshore construction and marine operations, we want to hear from you!Role Overview Oversee and manage marine construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.Supervise Piling operations and ensure compliance with project specifications.Operate and manage Jack Up Barge operations efficiently.Coordinate with the construction team to plan and execute daily activities.Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.Monitor and report project progress to the Manager Construction.Address and resolve any issues that may arise on-site promptly.Collaborate with engineers and project staff to maintain project timelines and deliverables. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine construction supervision.Strong expertise in Piling and Jack Up Barge operations.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under challenging conditions and extended hours.Relevant certifications or qualifications in marine construction or a related field. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Certifications in marine construction or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine construction supervision.
