The Role
The Marketing Campaign Specialist supports the development and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and all local area marketing programs across designated key service areas. The role is responsible for content creation, including copywriting, video and photography for a range client-facing channels, such as social media, print brochures, and website.
The role will also include planning and coordinating local area marketing campaigns including events, coordination and execution of brand initiatives and providing general marketing support to Marketing and Client Acquisition team.
Some of the day to day responsibilities of the role will include...
1. Delivery of integrated, multi-channel local area marketing campaigns for designated services across regions that meet key organisational objectives within budget and to deadline
2. Assist in the creative direction, copywriting and campaign ideation, and work with the wider team to identify content opportunities across channels
3. Delivery all local area marketing requests including events, media, printing and other requirements.
4. Assist to critically analyse and actively contribute to the review and implementation of all plans, campaigns, policies, procedures and guidelines relating to marketing activities
5. Engage with external and in-house creative and media resources to support content and campaign delivery including briefing design and the wider team
6. Report on metrics and assist with completion of the monthly marketing dashboard inform and support key stakeholders on outcomes relating to campaign outputs.
About you
You will be self-motivated, curious, passionate and a great communicator, who is at ease talking to senior stakeholders. The role requires a collaborative approach to working with and engaging internal and external service delivery stakeholders, a strong client focus, high level of organisation and attention to detail.
7. A strong marketing or brand background with a minimum of three year’s work experience in a related field
8. Demonstrated experience with long and short-form copywriting.
9. Experience working on multi-channel marketing campaigns within budget and to deadline
10. Experience working on local area marketing programs including events.
11. Experience working within brand guidelines to deliver brand consistency across channels
12. Experience briefing and booking media requirements to an external agencies and outlets ensuring all communication channels are optimised and consistent with brand standards
13. Demonstrated skills in verbal and written communication
