Key responsibilities include:
Working with business users to understand their needs and supporting development teams to deliver solutions within a defined scope.Ensuring communication and stakeholder engagement is adapted to differing audiences and comprehension levels.Collaborating with stakeholders to find the right approach and solution to solve valuable and interesting problems.Translating high-level business requirements into low-level technical/system requirements.Understanding the current business and technology landscape and assisting with the design of a future state.The Essential Services Commission is Victoria's independent economic regulator of essential services.
