Job Summary
This is a full-time Mechanical Coordinator role that will execute maintenance work safely and efficiently in line with the right quality at optimal cost. The position is ideal for individuals looking to get into the Oil & Gas industry.
Main Responsibilities
* Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information regarding onshore maintenance requirements.
* Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
* Development and coordination of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
* Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans.
* Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing, and equipment procurement.
* Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP.
Requirements
* Mechanical trade or engineering qualification.
* Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP.
* Valid Australian Driver's License.
* Proof of right to work in Australia.
