HR-Generalist with an ER BentLocation: TruganinaAbout the Role:We have a great opportunity for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our small People and Culture team at our world-class distribution Centre in Truganina. Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Manager, you will be a subject matter expert for ER and IR matters and will play an active role in ensuring the compliance of employment legislation, EBA, Awards, Contracts of employment, internal policies and procedures.
