We are looking for a friendly, dynamic & passionate individual to provide day-to-day support to the Owners Corporation Manager to essentially manage the completion of recurring & administration tasks for all properties. About the Role; (duties including; but not limited to) Assisting the Manager with preparing for and documenting for the Annual General Meetings Issuing levy notices and managing arrears Preparing and sending meeting minutes Create contribution levies for each property Regularly review outstanding arrears and chase owners where appropriate Manage property repairs and maintenance Manage updating of owner and agent contact details Manage reconciliation of bank accounts Salary up to $75-80K+Super Depending on experience About You; Strong Administrative skills Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or in real estate Work well in a team environment Time management and prioritization skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients If you are interested in having a detailed, confidential conversation about this position then please contact Dayle Stewart on ******** | (email protected) or apply using the link.
