Your Role
We are looking for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic person to fill this term-time position. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the maintenance of efficient administration systems serving the educational function of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing families
* Support students, staff, and the school leadership team
* Maintain efficient administration systems
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and/or experience
* Understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic Education
* Excellent time management skills
* Well-developed interpersonal skills
* High proficiency in computer skills
* A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act)
* A current First Aid Certificate
