The Trading Team Lead is the core leader of the A360 and carsalesXT Trading Team that programmatically delivers and optimises client campaigns against Audience360’s first-party audiences across all channels and environments. Reporting into the Head of Customer Success, this role plays a key function within the Customer Success Centre of Excellence.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Head of Customer Success and other key leaders within the Centre of Excellence to set trading and customer strategy.
* Day to day management of the team including:
o Assignment of workload
o Upskilling and development planning for team members
o Involved in internal campaign management WIPs with Client Service teams
o Work with sales to ensure processes in place between functions
o Review campaigns and monitor COS
o Overview the delivery and execution of digital campaigns for clients by the trading team
o Buy media across social channels along with programmatically trading display, video, mobile and other/new channels available using proprietary platforms & 1st party data
o Create optimisation strategies across our campaigns to achieve and surpass client KPIs including performance, delivery and margin
o Liaise with technology vendors/suppliers as needed
o Prepare campaign performance and analytics reports in a timely and accurate manner
o Evaluate data performance and recommend improvements in order to achieve optimal performance
